Getting your laundry back takes four simple steps.
Step 1
Report your lost item
Tell us what went missing — the type, colour, size and when you last had it. Add a photo if you have one.
Step 2
Browse items found by the laundry team
Every unclaimed item we find is posted in the gallery with photos and details, so you can look for yours.
Step 3
Claim an item if you recognise it
Submit a quick claim with your name and room number, plus anything that helps us confirm it's yours.
Step 4
We verify and return it
Our laundry staff review the claim, match it with your report, and return the item to the correct resident.
Your privacy
Resident names, room numbers and contact details are never displayed publicly. The found items gallery only shows the item itself — photo, type, colour, brand, size, fabric and the date it was found. Only our laundry staff can see who reported or claimed an item.
